Children's Ministry Training 2008 - 2009 Transforming Worship Conference, Saturday 20th September 2008
(for all, not just children's workers!)
Do you enjoy worship? Could you use some new ideas? Do you want to be introduced to new styles? Are you up for a challenge?
This remarkable Conference is a wonderful opportunity for people from throughout the Diocese to worship together aned lerarn about different styles and approaches to worship. The speakers include Andrew Maries, Geraldine Latty and Gordon Appleton, who represent the whole range of worship traditions.
There is a huge range of workshops on offer from 'Plainsong' to 'Preaching', and workshops on and for young people, choir leaders, people who lead prayers, and technology.
The day begins with worship at 9.30. refreshments, workshops, displays, and resource stalls are available all day. Book by the end of July and it costs only £12, and £6 for young people 15-25!
